Vogue Interiors creating design for complete remodel of condominium at Gulf Harbour

Vogue Interiors announced that interior designer Deborah Paulin, NCIDQ Certified is creating the interior design for the complete remodeling of a luxurious condominium at Gulf Harbour.  Deborah created the original interior design for the residence 15 years ago and the client contacted her to design a totally updated look.  With structural changes included in the new design, Deborah enlisted the assistance of an architect and a builder.  Walls are being removed and various spaces are being enlarged, including the powder bath and the kitchen pantry.  A new entry sequence, including a reimagined elevator lobby, was created.  Walls in what had been an interior entry are being blown out to provide additional space.  Curved walls comprised of high gloss zebra wood panels are being placed on either side of the client’s new grand piano to enhance the beauty of the setting.  The kitchen is being revamped to increase its functionality and new furnishings will be introduced in the family room and grand salon.  Walls are being knocked down to accommodate an enlarged wet bar that features cabinetry with a gorgeous custom champagne finish with charcoal grey highlights.  The bar’s granite counter surface will be black with white striations.  Ceiling details are being updated to make them more contemporary.  Circular ceiling details in the grand salon and above the piano will be dropped by about eight inches.  In short, the new design will completely transform the look, feeling, and functionality of the residence.
