The estate is “truly a sight to behold,” wrote agent Binkan Cinaroglu, an agent with Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty, on the listing.

Bexar County Property records show that the home is owned by Thomas Moorman, the president of Moorman Land & Cattle Company.

The Roy Braswell-designed home is “defined by an abundance of limestone surrounding every door and window.”

Inside the 12,761 square-foot-home there are floor-to-ceiling windows, custom cabinetry and reclaimed French abbey wood floors.

There’s a chef’s kitchen, a generous family room and a hand carved stone fireplace. The master retreat is complete with a “spa-like” his-and-her bathroom, an in-house elevator and a large game room.

There’s also a separate guest house with a private living room and full bathroom, kitchenette and bedroom loft overlooking the family room.

There are six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.

“Every aspect of this home is grand in scale and bold in design,” Cinaroglu wrote.
