The contemporary and minimalist feel of the home is evident in the sleek lines and bright white color palette of the kitchen.

The second level of the home includes the primary suite and a second bedroom with a full bathroom. The primary bedroom has large windows, and the bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower.

The third level of the home has two more bedrooms plus a large room that could be a game or media room depending on the next owner’s preferences.

The home was built in 1978 but recent renovations were completed this year, Moss said. There’s an elevator that provides easy access between the three floors.

The townhome at 4610 Christopher Place is listed for $1,650,000.
