Chuck McElroy hopes the new community gets the ball rolling on more enhancement.

PORT ARTHUR, Texas — A previous Important League Baseball player is planning to acquire a new neighborhood in Port Arthur to give again to a community that gave just as much to him. 

Chuck McElroy is a retired experienced baseball player who was born and lifted in Port Arthur. He ordered a plot of land in the town and designs to fill it with 46 inexpensive luxury residences.

McElroy’s most important inspiration for the 46-residence prepared subdivision is his family members. He viewed his mom and grandmothers perform tricky when he was a baby.

“My grandmother constantly claimed, ‘Don’t overlook where you arrived from,’ so I’m coming back again house,” McElroy claimed.

The Port Arthur indigenous has always dreamt of developing an affordable luxury community in Southeast Texas. He hopes to see people living and earning recollections in the 46-residence local community.
