Spring Home & Garden Show’s longest-running participants shine
Roger Seely Sr., who has participated in the Spring Dispatch Home & Garden Show for more than 50 years, loves to have fun at the shows and has dressed up as dozens of characters including Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash and Monet. He is owner of Seely's Landscape Nursery.

As a substitute of investing a fortune on an Elvis Presley impersonator for his nursery’s “Gardens That Rock” exhibit at the Spring Dispatch Dwelling & Garden Display in 2011, Roger Seely Sr. jazzed up a $35 costume of the King and broke out his guitar.

With 52 decades of crafting backyard displays and actively playing characters under his belt, Seely is back at this year’s Household & Garden Clearly show with his guitar once yet again, joining a long listing of showcased landscapers and exhibitioners.

The display operates via Sunday at the Ohio Expo Middle, 717 E. 17th Ave., and Seely and other veterans of the exhibition say they still have a burning like for the celebration, even soon after several decades of collaborating.
