Here is a list of home tours in Milwaukee and around Wisconsin scheduled for this year. Some might not have all their tour information on their websites yet, so watch for updates or changes.

Spaces & Traces 2022
Downtown, Third Ward, Westown and Yankee Hill, organized by Historic Milwaukee. Guided tours of restored and newly constructed apartments, condos, hotels, commercial spaces. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 7. Tickets are $20 for members of Historic Milwaukee, $25 for non-members, $10 for volunteers.
Three virtual lectures are included in the ticket price. One is by historian John Gurda, who will talk about neighborhoods on the tour at 6 p.m. May 2. At 5:30 p.m. May 4, Lafayette Crump, Milwaukee commissioner of city development, will discuss efforts to update the downtown plan. At 6 p.m. May 9, developer Juli Kaufmann and architect Patrick Jones will talk about how they renovated the Dubbel Dutch hotel.

Historic Concordia Home Tour
Milwaukee in the Gilded Age: A tour of about 10 homes and some gardens in the western part of the Concordia neighborhood. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 18. Advance tickets are $17. Tickets day of tour are $20. There will be food, music and beer tastings from local breweries. Tour starts at Potawatomi Wgema at North 33rd Street and West Kilbourn Avenue. Showhouse for a Cure
The 2022 Wisconsin Breast Cancer Showhouse: June 4 to June 19. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday. It will be at the former UWM Alumni House, 3230 E. Kenwood Blvd. The home, now a single family home, is on the state Register of Historic Places. All three floors will be designed by more than 35 interior decorators. Some portions of the home’s sunken garden also will be open for the tour.
The event will start June 3 with Raise a Glass to Hope, an opening gala that includes a tour of the house. Other events will be held in conjunction with the showhouse. See the website for more information.
Proceeds will go to research for prostate cancer and breast cancer at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Tickets are available on the website, at some area ticket outlets and at the door for $35. For more information, see breastcancershowhouse.org.
The 61st annual Door County Home and Garden Walk
Tour four private homes and Horseshoe Bay Farms. The locations are in Sturgeon Bay, Bailey’s Harbor and Fish Creek. A midcentury dwelling, a Lindal new construction, a Scandinavian-inspired pair of structures, and a container home are on the tour. From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 26. Tickets are $40 in advance, $45 the day of the tour, and will go on sale July 1 at some area outlets and online. Horseshoe Bay Farms will have artists, food and beverage, and outdoor sculptures. Wright and Like 2022
A tour of eight private homes in the Madison and Middleton areas, sponsored by Wright in Wisconsin Inc. Four homes were designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, two by his apprentices, and two by architects inspired by his work. From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 30. Advance tickets are $60 for Wright in Wisconsin members, $70 for non-members, and are available through the Wright in Wisconsin website (wrightinwisconsin.org) or by calling (608) 287-0339. Day of tour tickets are $10 more. Proceeds benefit the nonprofit organization, which promotes, protects and preserves the heritage of Wright and his apprentices.
2022 MBA Parade of Homes
Tour 16 new homes from 15 area home builders. Homes are in Twin Pine Farms in the Town of Lisbon and Stone Ridge of Merton in Merton. From Aug. 13 to Sept. 5. Hours are 4 to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday; weekends and Labor Day, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. For ticket information, see mbaonline.org or call (262) 436-1122 closer to the date of the tour.
Cedarburg Cultural Center Architectural Treasures Tour

Preservation Racine Tour of Historic Places
Noon to 5:30 p.m. Sept. 25. Tour about six homes and a public building in the Racine area. . Sponsored by Preservation Racine Inc. Tour proceeds support historic building preservation and education. For information, call (262) 634-5748 or see preservationracine.org.
40th Covered Bridge Art Studio Tour
Sixty-two artists from Mequon to West Bend open their studio spaces to the public from noon to 5 p.m. Oct. 7 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 8 and 9. Free. Tour begins at any of the locations. Communities participating are Mequon, Thiensville, Cedarburg, Grafton, Port Washington, Newburg, West Bend and Saukville. Christmas Fantasy House

Hudson Christmas Tour of Homes
Tour four homes and the historic Octagon House in Hudson, all dramatically decorated for the holidays. Tour options include the Dazzle Tour, from 6 to 9 p.m. Nov 18. Traditional tours will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 19 and noon to 4 p.m. Nov. 20. The traditional tours can include optional transportation. Tickets will range from about $28 to $38. 40th annual Monches Artisan Holiday Open House
A free, self-driving tour of about seven artists shops, studios and specialty farms within 10 miles of the artist community of Monches. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 2, 3 and 4 at most locations.
